help! gdb-stub sh 2 704x

I Bill. I'm tring to use your gdb-stub for sh-2 704x, but when I try to load 
a file in ram of my board, sometime I can see the file isn't correctly stored 
in.
Could it be a problem connected to me 8-bit ram and the related bus speed?
