Gcc 3.2 Cygwin problem

Hi

I am trying to compile GCC 3.2 for arm-elf target on Cygwin.

I can't get passed configure, I get the following errors:
I had no problems building Binutils 2.13 

./configure --target=arm-elf --prefix=/usr/local --without-headers

Configuring for a i686-pc-cygwin host.
