Windows -> Linux Cross Compiler

I got it working recently on cygwin, kind of.  I am building gcc3.0.2
and
binutils.  I'm still depending on Hard Hat's glibc, though.  I hope to
post my scripts when it's working solidly without any Hard Hat stuff.
