toolchain scripts.. where ?

Where can I find the latest toolchain scripts for: 
i686-pc-cygwin X powerpc-eabi,
i686-pc-cygwin X powerpc-linux-gnu ,
i686-pc-linux-gnu X powerpc-eabi &
i686-pc-linux-gnu X powerpc-linux-gnu.

I have seen some on the net, I am not sure I have seen the latest.
I prefare the cygwin solution ...
