I'd like some pointers if possible for building my first cross-compiler.

I have host=i686-pc-cygwin

I'd like to target=powerpc-linux

I'd like to cross-compile c++ (including STL - <string>, <vector>, ...)

Target is embedded and does not support shared/dynamic libraries.

Is such a cross-compiler feasible?

Anyone got it working?

What bits do I need?
