relocating files

            Hi,
                My question is very simple.
                I have compiled a "Hello.c" on arm-elf-gcc
                cross compiler.  But, the output binary is
                statically linked at location 0x8000.

                I want to relocate the binary at 0x30000
                How can I do this ?
