Multilib support for 68040

While we do not have a standard multilib for 68040, it is trivial to add.

Modify gcc/config/m68k/t-m68kelf (or t-m68kbare) like so:

-MULTILIB_OPTIONS = m68000/m68020/m5200/mcpu32 m68881/msoft-float
+MULTILIB_OPTIONS = m68000/m68020/m5200/mcpu32/m68040 m68881/msoft-float

The use of -m68040 should be good enough to avoid any fline traps.
If not, that's a compiler bug.
