Difference between coff and elf ???

Hi Fritz,

Thanks for the information provided.  Now I am trying to install other
combinations of Binutils and Gcc as suggested by you...
Still have to see the functionality of this...

MC68360 is cpu32 based. I am using the -mcpu32 swith while compiling. Is this
correct ?
