Cross compilers for MacOS-X Jaguar

Gentlemen,
Here is a full working tool-chain for building cross-compilers (gcc3.2
distribution) for MacOS-X (Jaguar) computers. It takes quite a long to be
build, but it works perfectly ...

On a 450-MHz G4 cube I have:

1. Time to build the tools
--------------------------

- configure takes:        2 minutes 57 seconds
- make takes:             8 minutes 32 seconds
- make install takes:     1 minutes  2 seconds

2. Time to build the compiler
-----------------------------
 
- configure takes:        2 minutes 28 seconds
- make takes:           175 minutes 36 seconds
- make install takes:     4 minutes 53 seconds

3. Time to build the gdb
------------------------

- configure takes:        3 minutes 36 seconds
- make takes:            13 minutes 52 seconds
- make install takes:     0 minutes 43 seconds
