"elf" to "scoff"

Hello All,

I currently have cgcc cross compiler running on linux  which produces
binary in "elf " format for AE32K processor. I would like to make it
produce binary in "scoff" format. But I am not sure how to go about.

Any help/suggestions in this regard would be very much appreciated.
