Using GNU sed from sunfreeware.com, instead of the sed that comes with
Solaris, seems to be helping. I've gotten past this point, but I
suspect that I'm still several HOURS away from knowing if glibc will
build on my Sparcstation 10.
It's good hardware, just slooooooow hardware. :^)
