header files

Hi
	When I compile my fist step gcc , it has this error:
../../gcc-2.95.2/gcc/libgcc2.c:41: stdlib.h: No such file or directory
../../gcc-2.95.2/gcc/libgcc2.c:42: unistd.h: No such file or directory

But I think I definetily have them...
This cross compiler is expected to run on mips.
Does this mean I have to get this header files apply to mips?
