undefine reference when building correct2.exe

Hi!
    I'm trying to build a mingw32 hosted mips cross compiler.I get a error
when building collect2.exe.
Here are the erroe message

In function 'handler'
undefined reference to 'kill'

In function 'scan_prog_file'
undefined reference to 'pipe'
undefine reference to 'fork'

The source I use is gcc-2.95.3

Could anyone tell me how to solve them.
