m68k & libstdc++

I have binutils and gcc checked out from CVS as of Nov 7. it seems to
be building m68k once again (yay!) but libstdc++ seems to be having
troubles:

it's like gcc is getting passed -m68000, so I don't understand why it's
doing this...
