Automated arm-linux-gcc and powerpc-linux-gcc build script

The *compiler* is acceptable for all arm architectures, but what about
glibc?

I haven't looked into the linux machine-specific arm includes, but my
concern is that if you build glibc for arch-sa1100, it may fail
silently (or loudly) on an arch-tbox, or seomthing that isn't an armv.

Thoughts?
