  Did you try --enable-languages=c,c++ (no quotes, replace space with
commas)?  What you have there looks like the right format for the
LANGUAGES= buildtime macro but not for the configure option.  Mind you,
that's 2.x information, I haven't used 3.0 myself but I'd guess it would
still apply.
