configure fails configuring i386-mingw32/libf2c

   _apparently_ no patches on www.mingw.org.  all i was able to find
   was on your ftp site, and is a set of patches against gcc-2.95.2,
   while my working set is gcc-2.95.3

   is there something else that i missed?

   in the meantime, i'm going to apply to 95.3 the patch regarding
   unnamed struct-union, with fingers crossed
