Linux target, windows host.

Hi,

Does anyone have build a cross gcc for a linux target and a windows 
(cygwin or not) host?

On another note, if someone has build such a compiler; does he have to 
make the binary available or only the source?
I think that Lineo is distributing such a cross compiler with their 
embeddix sdk for windows but can't find any binary on their website. 
(Any Lineo guy on this list??)
