Query about cross developement toolchain

Hello ,

	I am working on Netra AX 1105-500 utraSPARC with SPARC64. I want to compile Linux kernel for the same board on Solaris8 running on intel . I want to create cross comiler for the same on Solaris8 running on intel. Where can I get related Stuff or information about this ? 

	If possible help me please.
