cross compiler for mn10300

Hello, I use the attached script to build mn10300 tool
chain. I guess you can just modify a little and use
it. 

In addition, if you want to use gcc-3.0, I recommend
that you use binutils-2.11.2(not binutils-2.9.1) and
newlib-1.9.0 and gdb-5.0.
