These routines are related to the handling of c++ exceptions. They
should be found in libgcc.a. If you use gcc to do the linking like this:
gcc -o outputname file1.o file2.o ... fileN.o
then it should automatically link in libgcc; however if you are invoking
the linker directly, you should add '-lgcc' to the end of the command
line.
If you are using gcc to do the final link, and it isn't linking libgcc
for some reason, add '-v' to the compiler flags, and show us the output.
