cross-gcc install problem

Hi i try to install a cross-compiler for powerpc-eabi

During insatallation i see the following messages:

make:Fatal error: Don`t know how to make target `../lib/system.h'
Current working directory /tmp/lolas/b-powerpc-eabi/texinfo/makeinfo
***Error code 1
make:Fatal error: Command failed for target 'all-recursive'
Current working directory /tmp/lolas/b-powerpc-eabi/texinfo
***Error code 1
make:Fatal error: Command failed for target 'all-recursive-am'
Current working directory /tmp/lolas/b-powerpc-eabi/texinfo
***Error code 1
make:Fatal error: Command failed for target 'all-texinfo'
Current working directory /tmp/lolas/b-powerpc-eabi/texinfo

and the istallation stops


Is there anybody to help?

The problem is related to target system header files or it is more
complicated?

Note that i/dont have system header files yet, i just try to test
installation procedure
