-Wpacked -Wpadded

I found some references to a pair of warning options (as in the subject).
These would be really useful for me right now as I'm porting some legacy code.
Unfortunately, my gcc doesn't seem to recognize these options.
cc1: Invalid option `-Wpacked'
cc1: Invalid option `-Wpadded'
$ arm-elf-gcc -v
Reading specs from /tools/H-i686-pc-linux-gnu/lib/gcc-lib/arm-elf/2.95.2/specs
gcc version 2.95.2 19991024 (release)
