gcc: make Error 2 for target m68k-coff

On sparc-sun-solaris2.5, i try to compile and build GCC for m68k-coff:

I have already built GCC for host (binutils-2.9.1, gcc-2.95.2 and
newlib-1.8.2) without probleme.
I have installed Binutils for target m68k-coff without probleme.

But, after the configuration of gcc for m68k-coff and his making:

   ../configure --target=m68k-coff --prefix=/home/millot/bin/m68
--program-prefix=m68- --program-suffix=""
    --with-gnu-ld --with-gnu-as
--with-headers=/home/millot/bin/libc/include
--with-libs=/home/millot/bin/libc/include
    Make

This error occurs:

`/home/millot/build/gcc-2.95.2/build2/m68k-coff/libiberty'
make[2]: *** No targets specified and no makefile found.  Stop.
make[2]: Leaving directory
`/home/millot/build/gcc-2.95.2/build2/m68k-coff/libiberty'
make[1]: *** [../libiberty/libiberty.a] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory
`/home/millot/build/gcc-2.95.2/build2/m68k-coff/libstdc++'
make: *** [all-target-libstdc++] Error 2
