i86-linux -> pc-mingw32 linker doesn't work:(

Sorry, I should have said that I applied the
gcc-2.95.2-1-x86-win32 to the src.
(It applied successfully, but I'm not sure since
I have gcc-2.95.2, not gcc-2.95.2-1...)

I can't see how this patch would change the linker
anyway if it's in binutils...

Also, I did look through the mingw32 archives, but
it seemed to be about win32 hosted systems only.

I'll keep trying!
