Yes I am but in the AEB user guide the arm-coff is used. That confused me a
bit but now I know I don't have to recompile:)

Absolutely arm-elf. I thought from your earlier posts that you were already
following the installation instructions at
http://sourceware.cygnus.com/ecos ?
