A complete list of targets

What is the naming convention for targets? I am interested in cross
compiling from RH 6.2 on an i686 machine to an Intel StrongARM processor
on an Intel SA-1110 board. What host/target names should I be using?
What have I not told that is important toward deciding a correct answer
to above questions? I am a real newbie!!!
