crt0.S and linker script for MPC50x based evaluation board

I'm working on a gcc based tool chain for the MPC50x family. I'm at the
point to adapt the startup and linker files for my target. If someone
already has ported those files to a similar target I'd be grateful to
get a point to the right resources. I'd like to avoid inventing the
wheel twice.
