Cross Compiler i386 to vxWorks with a.out format

I need a Cross Compiler which runs under WIN32 and generates code for
vxWorks (i386) in the a.out format.
I tried to make this compiler on my own but I have great problems, because
it was the first time that I make it.
If anybody have some information how to make it or if you have such a
compiler please send it to me via email. I need this compiler very urgent.
