Another problem to build cross GCC (again)

Okay, it was kinda easy to find a solution since it's in the FAQ of GCC,
but I don't have a target machine with m68k-hp-bsd4.3, it's just a test
so let's say that it will work. Sorry if I bother you with my newbies
problem.
