Alternate FP lib for GCC?

It's me again...
Would someone suggest an alternate floating point emulation library for
gcc-2.95.2?
I'm running on an SH-2 target (no FP coprocessor), and would like better
FP performance than the stock gcc library offers--- ~1300 clocks for
double mult. Although, considering that it's written entirely in C,
that ain't too shabby.
C and/or ASM is ok. GPL or LGPL (or similar) is also ok. In fact, as a
last resort even a commercial library would be ok.
Thanks!
