Speaking of old ports, is there any chance of getting Stephane's 68HC11
port to GCC-2.95 into the normal GCC distribution?  Sure would be nice to
not have to reinvent the wheel every few years and port it again.  Perhaps
there's some resistance to putting 8-bit CPU stuff into the sources?

As I recall, Stephane submitted his paperwork to FSF, and had it signed
and mailed back to him, so he should be good to go.
