hi anyone who may help me:

it the first time I work with the GCC, when I compiled on
my Linux host (redhat 6.0) for a target i960 board, I got the msg:

cc1plus: Invalid option `func-align=4'
cc1plus: Invalid option `rodata-section=.rodata'
cc1plus: Invalid option `string-section=.cstring'
cc1plus: Invalid option `string-align=1'

I did no find any information about these four options for i960 in GCC
manual. are these options a feature in new release ?, I'm using
2.8.1 GCC as a Linux->i960-coff cross compiler now.

the Makefile was written by someone else who left the company. I'm a
newbie for Cross-Gcc and Makefile.

thanks in advance.

regards/james
