Cross compilation on MSDOS computer

My system is an MsDos computer with a PowerPc as target.

I have beginner in cross compilation with GCC and I have downloaded
EGCS from www.objsw.com site but i haven't find any clear information
about first installation and compilation.
I don't now how configure file to use compiler and how create 
the library for PowerPC.

Any help would be appreciated.
