Cross compiler with PowerPC

Go to http://www.objsw.com to download the GNU powerpc cross-compilers
for DOS/Windows.  I recommend getting the EGCS-1.1.1 version.  They
might even have the EGCS-1.1.2 version on the site by now but I haven't
checked.
