CrossGCC FAQ update.

Now that EGCS has become the 'official' version of gcc, it makes sense
to update the FAQ to track EGCS. I think we could probably keep the
'crossgcc' name, though, to avoid confusion.

Probably only need to support the latest version of the tools, and maybe
one or two versions back.

Can you provide some details on the problems you encountered? I will add
the info to the FAQ.

These are good suggestions. Much of this stuff is poorly documented
and/or hard to find, or are not documented from the point of view of an
embedded developer.

Anyone else having input on this, please send it to scott@objsw.com ;
over the next few weeks I will be updating the FAQ and I will
incorporate as many ideas as I can.
