GCC for Siemens C165

The port for Siemens C16x is from Hightec in Saarbruecken/Germany.

This port is not included in the publicly available source tree, neither
FSF-gcc, nor egcs.  You would have to buy from them a binary copy (or
license ?) for gcc, binutils and friends.

However, they claim there is a somehow limited demo version on their web
page for free download.
