Cross-Compiler FOR mc68360?

Yes, the 68360 is supported by both of these compilers. There is a small
but confusing difference in the command line option needed: gcc 2.8.1
uses '-m68332', to generate code for CPU32 derivatives (which includes
the 68360), whereas egcs uses '-mcpu32'.
