Looking for downloader (like PCUIH)

Hi all

(1) Does anyone have the source for a Unix based downloader program
that will talk to the Hitachi Advanced Monitor v1.0 ? That is
the monitor used on the SH7708 (SH-3) Low cost eval board.

(2) Also does anyone have the source for PCUIH, the Fujitsu downloader
program ? This downloader talks to the SPARClite MB86831 Low 
cost eval board.
