[Pilot-Unix] gcc for Palm Pilot (fwd)

General rule about cross compiling: -I/usr/include is *always* wrong :-)
Actually, that's a general rule about gcc, even native (since it
subverts anything fixincludes might have done...) but for cross tools,
it is certainly wrong, because once you're using them, /usr/include is
headers for the HOST (ppc-linux) and you need headers for the target
(m68k-palmos-coff.) 

You probably want to get the header files from the palmos devkit.
Actually, to stay sane, you may wish to grab the redhat or debian
prebuilt pilot cross tools and pull the header file set out of
that...
