crossgcc to WIN32

[Aldo Mazzilli]

Can you, please, tell me what xxx (as TARGET name) may I choose for
cross-compiling (in the 'configure --target = xxx' command) to WIN-nt
platform and where I can get its corresponding
header files (.h) and libraries (.a).
