Mark Phillips was nice enough to send me some patches he came up with to 
add m68k-elf support.  If he doesn't volunteer, I can send you the files 
he sent me.  As I recall, they compiled without a hitch (under Linux) 
once I started from a clean copy of gcc and binutils.

Depending on your needs, you may also be able to use objcopy.  It 
doesn't seem to handle the debug stuff correctly, but it should work for 
straight code.
