386EX test platform

Does anyone have a suggested source for a single board computer which
uses the i386EX embedded processor and brings at least one of its serial
ports to an external RS-232 compatible interface?  I'm waiting on
another group to deliver the first hardware prototypes and would like to
begin testing some low level code before then.  I'd really prefer a
board that uses the 386EX and static RAM, instead of dynamic.
