crossgcc: arbitrary sections?

I don't have an m68k.h either, it seems:

    $ ls binutils-2.8.1/include/elf
    total 101
      10 ChangeLog     11 dwarf.h        3 hppa.h        16 mips.h
       4 alpha.h       15 dwarf2.h      12 internal.h     3 ppc.h
      12 common.h      10 external.h     2 m32r.h         3 sparc.h

but it compiled fine for me.  HOWEVER, I didn't use the one-tree build 
procedure, and I used binutils-2.8.1.
