When did you try to contact the above URL?  We had a few brief (10
minute or so) communications link outages yesterday, but that was all
I was aware of.

BTW A better URL to use is:

   http://www.elilabs.com/list-arcs.html

Right now www.elilabs.com is aliased to eli.elilabs.com, but it will
not necessarily always be.  Ditto for ftp.elilabs.com.
