29k question

Is there anyone out there using the gnu tools on the amd 29k family?
Does anyone on this list know of someone still using the 29k who might
be interested in helping out as a volunteer project?  

The amd 29k port is the only rtems port which is not based on the
gnu tools.  I would like to see this situation change and am hoping
there is someone out there with the right equipment (a 29k board)
and some free time to help out.

I feel a case of bitrot setting in. :)
