crossgcc-gcc-2.7.2.[12].patch

I have put up the following gcc patches for ftp.

Two additions over previous patches are ginclude/ppc-asm.h
[for powerpc users] and config/i386/x-go32 [solves problems building
protoize].

I have also put up a revised one-tree script

It contains minor cleanups over 1.2
[like not assuming gcc/binutils/newlib version numbers].
