Log message:
	- the failure_completion variable is used by the disk log type to
	wait for user response durring failures.  Do not call complete()
	on this variable in "core" mode, as it will be uninitialized.
	
	- This fixes the kernel panic I was seeing when testing pvmove
	in cluster context.
