Log message:
	Add -t option to join/leave/wait, specifies the maximum amount of
	time that the operation will wait before giving up (waiting that is).
	Also cman_tool join -w will retry if it fails ENOTCONN (ie the node did
	not join a cluster). See the man page for some wrinkles.
