BUG: non-fixed-length ISAs are unsupported for now

Hi

Without increase of base-insn-bitsize no error is happened. Error was
caused if I use ifields more than 8 bit size.

In any case, currently CGEN cannot handle CISC ISAs like x86 and z80... :'(
